Partway through my adventures at Technicolor, I got an assignment that really excited me: the chance to create a motion menu for the upcoming "Star Trek - The Original Series" DVD set, with the newly restored episodes. I put everything I had into this intro when...the design department was suddenly dissolved, and the job went to another company! Even though this didn't get used, I was happy to get the chance--however brief--to work on a franchise I'd known and loved.
